I'm a vendor called to vaseo to resurface bathtub today in occupied apartment. Drive 10 miles. Get keys. Go to apartment. Resident canceled. I get nothing for my troubles and wasted hour gas. I ask maintenance if I will get a trip charge of something anything? $10 or $15? No nothing. All i get is a attitude. I get piece work so I drove away from vaseo with less money when I arrived.

I've lived here over 8 years and it's OK. The convenient store is great, the pools are nice but the bathroom at the pool is dirty all the time. They never replaced the tops of the cabanas this year. Maintenance can take a while to get to you unless it's urgent. The just recently started bringing back their seasonal community events that they put on. I recently moved into an apartment within the community about a month ago. I'm leaving this review for the fact, that during this process Melissa and Jade have made the process very seamless. I appreciated both of they're patience in answering all of my questions, walking multiple apartments with me to find the best option, and following up with me in a reasonable time with any concerns. Our apartment unit has been having a bad smoke [weed] odor. Have made complaints in person, through the portal, and over the phone. Made it very inconvenient especially when you have a toddler. The lease agreement needs to be honored and residents need to be held accountable
