Walked in. They're busy, I get it. But when you take two phone calls and ask they guy BEHIND ME if he has been helped after I've been standing there for 10 minutes it's mildly infuriating. Staff are idiots. Oh and the flowers that they had on display looked shriveled and old.

She'll be 100% honest with you and she made my wedding day over the top. Best part is, I showed her a picture of my inspo bouquet, and she replicated it perfectly. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!!
