Dr. Kalau and his assistant were very professional. I particularly appreciated the play-by-play commentary. They made a very comfortable experience from a very uncomfortable procedure.
Everyone was awesome and made me feel really comfortable. The process itself was much more mild than I expected it to be - which I think is a result of the expertise of Dr Marcel Kalau. If this is something you're considering, I'd strongly recommend looking at this place to handle it.
