Very disappointed with the service. I booked this 2 months ago and confirmed the date a month ahead, even rearranging my work roster to make it happen. Then, just 3 hours before the operation, I get a call saying the flight doctor isn’t coming and the next available date isn’t until January. That’s just ridiculous. After all the planning and changes I made, to be cancelled last minute with no backup option is beyond frustrating. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Highly recommend Marcel and his team. I was very nervous leading into my vasectomy but they go above and beyond to make sure you’re ok and that everything goes smoothly. The procedure itself was a much better experience than I expected! Thanks again
