Professional, kind and very welcoming. Bed side manners from the doc and nurse were both excellent and understanding. Did not feel embarrassing at all and made to feel comfortable and relaxed
Dr Matt Valentine and the assisting nurse were very professional and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Very friendly and chatted to make the experience an comfortable one.
I just had my vasectomy and the procedure was quick and simple. I will admit that i was rather trepidatious, but as expected, it was not necessary. Yes the needles for the local were unpleasant, but this and the rest of the procedure is still better than being kicked in the nuts.
