I respect dr tan but i had to learn about my condition on my own. She never once sat down with me and said hey this is what you have and how we fix it. Her office staff. Wow. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. So they would wrote little snarky comments in my chart about me not answering them or being unavailable. When i questioned what they meant and how they were trying to get ahold of me I found out that they used all the previous charts info that was over 16 years old. They only accept cash or money order and they don't bill you until after the visit. They schedule appointments without your consent. I was impressed by how much I learned in my consult with Dr. Tan, but I can't proceed with them since they can't administer an office. How could I trust them to handle a surgery?
