The staff was very nice. However, the check-in process at their new location desperately needs improvement! At the appointment today… there were several people in line to use the electronic check in machine…. I was told for “faster service” to scan the QR code on the counter. That was a nightmare & I stopped using it after about 5 minutes….. it was NOT quicker. You were ask a gazillion questions that are already in my file… And yet, I was expected to go through everything again like I was a new patient ( even though I just h... read more

The Douglassville Team has been awesome, the girls have welcomed me in not only as a Patient but have made me feel part of there family. If there is a complication there on it, they walk you through everything with details. I am truly blessed to have them as part of my medical team to make my legs feel healthy and look at there best..
