Made an appointment, arrived on time to find out that the necessary lab tests are not covered by my insurance at their office. I was instructed to call my insurance carrier to find the lab for tests. Would have been nice to know BEFORE I wasted two hours of travel. I'll have the tests done but won't return for Dr Chideckel to read them - I'll find a practice that has better attention to detail.
