Dr. Osgood explained everything thoroughly. The staff in the office was very kind.
I was seen promptly and the Dr was thorough in his evaluation of my issue. Follow up visits were immediately able to be made.
Staff members were great, professional and efficient. Doctor (Zhou) lacked in "bedside manner."
