I love the one to one personal experience I had with my very first visit. It was refreshing to deal with people rather than a mechanical voice with a prompt to press a number.
Very friendly, explained everything and very professional.
All of the personnel from the reception desk to the doctor were pleasant and efficient. They explained each step of the process and even showed me - at my request - the filter that was removed.
