Saw Dr. Sarhan- seemed dismissive and unwilling to help. Basically said to live with the pain since I’m younger. I tried to express concerns and ask questions as he was making his way towards the door. I got no guidance regarding anything I can do to help my condition. Left with way more questions after the 5 minutes he spent with me than I did when I got there.
They took great care of my mom
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PRACTICE. Literally waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half for the doctor that was absolutely arogant and absolutely the worst of them all! AVOID THIS PRACTICE LIKE THE PLAGUE. DR. PATEL IS THE WORST.
Giving 1 star. They at least call you to cancel your apts each time they reschedule you. 3 appointments ,3 cancellations. Still haven't seen a Dr. For 3 months. Go anywhere but there.
Do not waste your time at this location if you have a health issue that you want addressed. After being on hold for 2 hours and waiting 4 weeks for an appointment, "Dr." Sarhan was immediately standoffish, dismissive, and had absolutely no interest in helping me or figuring out next steps for recovery or pain relief. He spoke to me for 5 minutes after he was 45 min late for my appointment. I would strongly encourage potential patients to go anywhere else for Vascular or Cardio needs.
