Was greeted and front office staff was great! However after that I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes to be taken back and then waited another 5 minutes. I was supposed to see the doctor but only saw his nurse. She was super kind and attentive but left the appointment with not many answers and probably a bit more confused. They made me schedule another appointment (and copay) to do an ultrasound which I feel they should have just done while I was there. All in all a frustrating experience. Dr Leake, Jennie, and the vascular procedure staff(Diana, I think) were wonderful. As a new (and nervous) patient they took great care of me and walked me through the procedure before, during and after. Would recommend them to my family and friends. From one healthcare worker to another- you all are awesome!
