Everyone made the whole experience great! Everyone was so nice from the time I set foot in the door for my procedure!! Dr. Crocker and his team were wonderful! And a special thanks to Rita and Caleb for taking care of me. Rita really out did herself on making me feel comfortable!
I had a kyphoplasty procedure at Jackson Radiology Assc. The facility is impeccable in care. Josh and Rita were both so attentive for my needs and they actually cared about me. Excellent facility:)

My mother had a Kyphoplasty procedure done this week at JRA. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind and genuinely concerned about her medical care. Her nurses, Rita and Josh, were exceptional to her. They made her feel comfortable and well informed. I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had at JRA.
