I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, kindness and care my husband received from Dr. Igball and his staff. I would recommend Buffalo Vascular to anyone in need of vascular care. I was able to get an appointment right away and his procedures were scheduled very quickly. Definitely a 5 plus rating.
Poor bedside manner. I had an amazing experience at another facility 10 years ago but had to switch here due to insurance. I am no novice when it comes to vascular treatments. They did a quick visual exam- like barely even a glance. No ultrasound, no testing to see the health of my valves. They kept mentioning my weight which I found really odd. I am a size 8. I had a GAE procedure done to relieve pain in my knee It was amazing! The procedure was very easy The discomforted the from the procedure was nothing compared to the pain I had been enduring with my knee The swelling and pain in my knee were gone in a couple of days after the GAE The staff and Doctors were very professional, friendly and informative All my questions were answered before my surgery appointment so I was very confident in the staff and my decision and to have the GAE done
Had my first visit today at Buffalo Vascular Care and it was as good as can be. I have never before felt compelled to write an unsolicited review for any service on any occasion, but this one was special. Maybe it was because I was so nervous about what the attitude of Doctor and Staff would be towards me based on other doctor and hospital visits, but I needn't have worried.
