Every part of my experience has been excellent. A great team who works well together. Always on time. Everyone is friendly and explains all details thoroughly, asking also if I have any questions or concerns. Dr. Becker is thorough, gives information using words I understand, asks excellent questions. I had a procedure done and he explained everything as he was doing it. I’m extremely pleased.
The doctor’s and front staff are wonderful, along with some of the nurses. However, one nurse seems to have issues with race and culture. If you’re not passionate about helping others, then this job isn’t for you. It’s truly unfortunate that some individuals bring politics into the workplace. You’re fortunate that the world we living in , but deep down, you know how unpleasant you can be.
Whoever works in this front office that answers the calls is rude and unprofessional. She needs to be trained better in these kinds of situations where she doesn't assume i am calling about a specific individual and it would be best for her to have list of insurances the providers take. Sorry Dr. Becker you have employees that aren't professional.
Do not go here if you have insurance! I was told repeatedly that my insurance would cover costs and then I found out the office (after repeated requests) would not provide the information necessary to the insurance company to confirm medical necessity. Instead they send you to some billing company in Miami and then collections. Had I known I’d get a bill for $4k for something causing pain after they said insurance would cover it, I would have went somewhere else.
