I typically don’t write negative reviews, but I truly wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I experienced. I developed a large, painful pyogenic granuloma a fast growing, non-cancerous vascular bump on my lip. After researching specialists, I found Dr. Milton Waner at the Vascular Birthmark Institute. When I called to schedule a consultation, I was told multiple times that the $475 consultation fee would be my only out-of-pocket cost and that Medicaid would cover the procedure due to the doctor’s hospital affiliation.... read more
