They had 3 weeks to call me and cancel the appointment but they didn't. When I got there both secretary told me I was not in the system because there was a problem with the referral and I cannot be seen by the Dr. So I went to my provider to know what happened and they called back to the Vascular Associates saying they did send the referral 3 weeks ago but the ladies didn't see it or don't know anything about computers but worse than that they lied saying the Dr had an emergency. I was waiting for a taxi to go to my first app and got a call saying my doctor had to go to surgery,so I had to take the back burner and wait until I think a month ,still have not seen this office yet,pretty sad and I am having serious problems with my veins in my legs hope when I go they treat me ok
Worst service I've experienced at a doctor and we didn't even make it to a single appointment. They leave a message the day before asking to confirm a scheduled appointment, and if you don't call them back, it doesn't exist. And there's certainly no kindness about an elderly man barely able to walk going there for nothing, only an arrogant attitude. Caregivers beware.
Dr burke is extremely kind and empathetic to his patients. That's what I love about Dr. Burke.
