I just want to thank the patience of the front office people I speak to and Matthew the pharmacist who always is patient calm cool and collected when it comes to my prescriptions. Have been having issues with the providers office staff with actually getting prescriptions called in. They advise me they have but in reality they haven't It gets frustrating because now I have to call pharmacy to verify everything they say they are doing but in fact are not doing.
