Aleracare bought out Vasco Pharmacy at the 40th St location. Vasco was always prompt and accurate. Since Aleracare bought them, service and promptness has gradually diminished. The employees are nice and helpful, but the overall experience is untenable, therefore I've taken my rx's elsewhere. On average, my rxs began taking 10-14 days to fill. And if you call in, my wait times on hold have ranged from 45 minutes to TWO HOURS!!! They failed to change my address, and take us from delivery to pharmacy pick up, as requested. Las... read more
Through several name changes Vasco-AleraCare and now Omni—the pharmacists, Staff and compounders are consistently of the highest professional quality.
About two weeks ago, my wife picked up a prescription that seemed off. The medication was upside down in the box, and some pieces were missing. We knew it shouldn’t look like this because the first box we got had been in better condition. When she called the pharmacy, she explained that she wasn’t comfortable using it and asked for a replacement. They said she could come pick up a new one.
