It's a trailer park what more are you going to expect..
Have lived here for two years so far. To be frank this place is awesome especially for the price $710 + power. But the manager, is not the greatest person to deal with. He forgets half of the things he tells you and then does something different. Will not work with you on getting into a different space when they become available as all the spaces vary in lot size.
