Horrible experience. The front desk receptionist is a minion for the billing department. This women in the billing department for some reason controls that office including Dr Marquez. I have never seen anything like it. It had nothing to do with billing, this women was controlling wether or not I was able to be seen again. Almost as if she enjoyed that power and was 100% abusing it. She had no care how this was affecting your care, putting me and God knows who else in severe danger.
