Dr. Gaylord and his team treat my husband. In the last 2 years we've been treated here and always, always get conscientious and dedicated care. Dr. G is a hoot and knows his stuff. The nursing staff is kind, engaging and on task. We never leave with doubt or question and, though we don't look forward to needing fistula/vas care, it's nice knowing we are working with the best team in the area.
My mother had a 1:30pm appointment for surgery pertaining her Dialysis Pump had stop working and was denied service because she drove. I explained to the Receptionist, Nurse and the Supervisor of the Clinic that myself (son) and my daughter would come and pick my mother up after I had gotten off at 4:30pm, at this time my daughter would be driving my mothers car home.
