Horrible customer service. Very sad!!! 1 star rating is much too high.
I canceled my membership in April of 2025 and they still charged me multiple monthly after so I contacted my credit card company to freeze payments and then VASA submitted those charges from after when I canceled my membership to a collection agency that still calls me multiple times a week. I still get calls from their collection company. This company is a joke. It should be illegal how hard they make it to cancel. Do not use them.
I paid past dues . Sent to collections and I am unable to get anyone to talk to me—paid amount due and NO statement I paid in full. By law I owed the vasa fitness not a collection agency I have legal contract with fitness not a collector.
Canceled account due to hot tub and sona not working for 3 months. Sent my account to collections for 3mos of service! Horrbile company give you a 0 if i could
