I continue to have a wonderful experience with my personal trainer, Liv. She has helped me reach my goal of establishing a healthier body composition. I am happy to say I am down 10% body fat, increased strength and endurance, and feel happier, healthier, and more comfortable in my body. This experience has changed my life. Highly recommend!
Great place to workout, crowded at times. Weight machines are easy to use and track routines. Friendly and professional staff. Have recommended to friends and coworkers.
Overall it's a fantastic gym, with very fair hours, and friendly staff. I just wish they had an oblique machine.
