Bridgett was a most lovely and helpful customer service representative
Horrible. I only go 4 Hot Tub, Pool, Sauna, Steam. Disgutsing Bathrooms & Showers, TS, Paper Towels, Bottles & Undies all over the floor, Lucky if 2 outa 4 Toilets work, Clogged drains. Light Bulbs Flickering & Not Changed for months, NEVER snuff Lockers. EVER!. Red Light is Never Clean, is there vent a Cleaning crew & Operations Manager, Staff don't care.....
