Disappointing management response and unprofessional staff experience I had a deeply concerning experience at this location involving a trainer. When an issue arose regarding a piece of equipment and my inability to return a kettlebell, the trainer responded with raised voices, hostility, and insulting language rather than professional problem-solving. There is no real guest pass. They just use it to get day passes or sign ups. the elderly female manager said "if you're broke just leave" roughly 50-60 years old. She should never be allowed in the fitness industry.
Vasa is a great place to workout. There are so many choices so you can switch it up and keep it fresh. Great recovery options as well. InBody is available too, so you can track your progress. The best part of Vasa is Mike the coach. He makes the total body conditioning class and the Red class fun. He’s supportive, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I love Priya too, she is great!!! The best Yoga teacher I’ve ever had.
Good gym, variety of weights but bathrooms/ shower areas are not respected by the customers; this is just one instance of what I ran into. Almost 100% positive I know who it is too. DISGUSTING.
Sexist male employees. Terrible gym. Never ever go here. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t let me try the free pass because I had gone to another awful VASA in a different state a few years ago and wanted to see if this one was any different. Nope. Same bad vibes. They probably don’t pay their staff very well. Unhappy employees make unhappy customers. Sad. There is a reason this place has less than 4 stars. It deserves less than 1. Treat women and all customers better, please.
