This gym is such a disgrace. From what I heard, they lost all their previous managers and it makes sense why this gym now has hit rock bottom. Those previous managers are what made this VASA the best I’ve ever been to. And now the new managers and their new front desk employees don’t have a care in the world about anything at all. Every answer to my questions are “call this number” when it used to be “I’m so sorry, let me help you understand this” or “let’s get this situated for you”. Over the years, they’ve cut back their hours or removed some of the benefits, however that’s never caused me to Submit a bad review. I’m bothered by the lighting. Feels like a safety hazard. At 11:30 they turn off half the lights in the building which is noticeably darker by 1150. All lights are turned off over the treadmills stair masters and bicycles. I swear they’re asking someone to get hurt.

I took one of the Studio Red classes at this location and I was the only one in the studio that showed up. Jamison, I think her name was, hopped in and did the workout with me so I didn't feel so isolated or alone. She also was great at encouraging me to just do my best, as I am not in the best shape right now. I appreciated that and we got through the whole class and did a great job.

Small, doesn’t have all the equipment that a gym should, and the memberships prices are horrible for what their offer you, I just try to cancel but they try to charge you more than $100 if have you be here than less than 6 months, this gym sucks in every aspect, don’t come here (if they want to avoid people start cancel maybe they should have better deals with their clients and have a better organized gym)
