I was upset above fees and was about to cancel my membership. Melissa did a great job with de-escalating and selling the benefits of keeping the membership. As a result, I told someone else about the gym and she became a member.
Lizzie and Stephanie keeps me PUMPED! I will take more of their classes. Lizzie I need to see you more in Studio🥰
Amron and Magon were amazing and helped me a lot with the sign up process. They were super friendly and encouraging me to use all the amenities and classes to the fullest! Coach Honey is so great! I felt activation in muscles I hadn’t felt in a long time!
I really enjoyed the instructor Lizzie. She took her time. She gave me different workout methods that I haven’t tried before. I recommend 10 out of 10 in her classes. And the workout time 4:30 is perfect!
