Love this place! The coaches in studio red are the bet
This gym is ok. The mens bathroom always smells like ass, feet and armpits due to no ventilation. Im always haveling to hold my breath from how nasty it feels in there. This has been an issues for years and it seems like they dont care to fix it. Most of the time its also dirty in there. With how many employees they have standing around, seems like nothing gets done.
Parking is a mess, inefficient use of space, equipment is old, weights not re-racked, didn't see vary basic items like medicine balls, one section of free weights is grossly inadequate.
Ace is the beat coach in Studio red! He makes the workouts amazing!!
