I'm not sure why they are incapable of making payments. This company is impossible. You can expect late payments every month. You can not make payments in the app and they are incapable of helping over the phone. There is no point to using this gym.
I was visiting the Colorado Springs area and visited VASA Fitness to join some yoga classes. I absolutely loved their instructor Alicia Wagner who guided the deep stretch class that I frequently attended while in town. I loved the energy that she put out in class and loved the fact that she played a flute with other sound instruments. One of the best parts was when she talked about what was going on energetically in the alignment of the planets. I will definitely be returning to the studio anytime I’m visiting.
Scummiest Gym ever you want to cancel your basic 14$ plan? Guess what it's 102$ to cancel it. vasa is the scummiest gym I've ever seen with these BS fees that are not disclosed to you at any point of signing up. I'm never going here again and I encourage others to find other places to go aswell unless you are cool with paying over 100$ to cancel a 14$ plan. Also tell me why I've only ever had the basic 10$ a month plan yet they charged me 38$ last month then there trying to charge me another 70$ for next month. DO NOT GO HER... read more
If I could give this place a zero I would. They are not some “uplifting community” because everything is done through an app and employees don’t know what’s going on and they definitely don’t have the facilities set up for all skill level (good luck if you’re losing any abilities) and lastly they definitely require an annual commitment. Updated February 26, 2026 – I don’t go to VASA Fitness for the treadmills. I don’t go for the televisions screaming morning news. I go for one thing: the steam room. And it’s been down for a week. Again. Last November it was out for nearly a month. Same laminated sign. Same vague timeline. Same “maintenance” fog where accountability should be.
