Compared to other Vasas around the area this one seems to struggle to have their pool, spa and shower areas clean and working at all times. They are definitely doing something wrong. Very frustrating!!!
I recently visited and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the front desk staff. While the facility itself is nice, the customer service experience left me feeling like i was bot welcome there. Additionally, there is a 20-minute time limit on the massage chairs, which wasn't clearly communicated. Due to this experience, I’ve decided to cancel my membership.
I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and unfortunately, I'm pretty disappointed in how management handles situations here. My friend recently signed up for a 3-day trial membership because he’s interested in getting into lifting. When he came in for his first day, the staff scanned his pass, gave him a tour, and welcomed him in. He had a great first experience.
