I was asking the front staff desk about potential drop in options or free trials and they were not friendly at all, instead very rude.
Nicole with customer service was so quick, pleasant, efficient, and happy!
Horrible billing practices... buggy app. Won't let me update my payment info and I got charged a $25 dollar late fee. I downgraded my account and they still charged me months after cancellation. Very dishonest in my opinion. I am currently looking for a different gym.
Had a lower lumbar sprain due to poorly maintained gym equipment. Asked the front desk maintenance guy (pony tail) if I could decompress by hanging for 1-2 min inside the PT area. The racks in the rest of the gym arent tall enough, hence why I asked. Got told to kick rocks. Remind me next time to not even bother asking. The area was completely empty.
My girlfriend lives in the area so I’m regularly visiting her at this location. She always makes sure to pay for my guest pass and ensure that it’s valid, yet for some reason; all the teenagers that work the desk (and in the majority of the gym) have this insane attitude. I travel for work so I’ve been to over 200 gyms, yet I have never experienced such a wide array of staff with such a chip on their shoulder.
