About a year ago, my friend Terra Nielsen invited my husband and I to a Studio Red class at VASA. We went—and nearly died! (My husband hasn’t taken a class since ). We've been members for almost 4 years. During this time the treadmills and bikes continue to be broken. It is sad that the "team" has the pressure of making excuses for ineffective management. The time it takes for them to be fixed is disappointing. At this time we are driving further to another Vasa to continue our exercise routine.
I never been but there is this over worked female manager in Chandler AZ that is just the worst. Because my interaction with her all locations must be 1 star and I have time today! If you need to cancel your membership please call your bank directly to put a stop payment to stop them from pulling any money from your account or just get a new debit card instead of dealing with these thieves!
Es la PEOR experiencia que he tenido en un gimnasio aquí, ahórrense ir, tienen pagos ocultos la atención al cliente es PÉSIMA solo buscan sacarte el dinero, los entrenadores personales son súper irresponsables, uno tiene que adaptarse al horario de ellos, de verdad ahórrense las molestias y no vallan para VASA Fitness.
Probably the newest/cleanest VASA I’ve been to. I’ve visited the taylorsville and south jordan location, all of which are nice but this one seems a lot newer with newer equipment. About the same size as the others. The staff seems a lot more engaged and nicer than the other locations as well.
