Great staff! Friendly and helpful. The gym is new and pristine. I did a Body Pump Class last night with Melanie and got a good workout, though I haven’t taken this class in 20+ years, so I am sore today. The instructor was easy to follow and gave lots of options to avoid injury.
VASA Fitness has changed the way I view gyms. I never thought I would feel so comfortable in a gym, but the environment they create is very family oriented.
I emailed feedback regarding a class I have been taking for the past 1 1/2 yrs. Twice it fell on deaf ears
I feel at home. Every employee I have seen greeted me when I came into the building and then they acknowledged me when I left. Wishing me a great day.
Great staff (they are friendly) & it's clean! This is a smaller location, but it is always kept nice.
Bugged by the fact that they are taking away part of the gym for people with trainers...we pay the same amount. Other than this new issue I LOVE VASA!

Gym is nice and clean. Employees are always very friendly and fun to talk to! Memberships are cheap for such a nice gym!
I was a client of the head trainer Kyle Fall. I had a great experience with personal training. I had set goals when I first signed up and then suffered a knee injury which I thought would side track my goals. Kyle really helped me to still reach my goals while preventing further injury. I highly recommend Kyle as a trainer!
