My first personal trainer michelle pushed me harder and made me believe in my capabilities more than anyone I’ve ever trained with in general. She goes above and beyond to tailor make any form of workout that you may need. I am her first male client however she has so much experience that it didn’t take long for her to make me something that would allow me to push myself to the limit. I don’t choose trainers based on gender, I choose them based on results. The results in this case is that Michelle kicks butt.
A great place to work out at friendly and polite staff help you when you ask.
Weights are rusted and rough, some front desk staff try to overly do their job. Half of the wipes are empty. Other then that spacious and lots to do.

Today was my first time at this gym and I had a consultation with Jose today.. As he showed, he is programmed to try his best to upsell the 3 month or 6 month trainer program to the new people and not listen to what the people are really looking to get out of a gym membership. I got there a little bit early and I did get greeted but I knew nothing about the facility or where anything was.
