I've absolutely loved being a member of this gym, especially thanks to Sophia, my personal trainer. From day one, she’s taken a genuinely thoughtful approach, making me feel completely at ease as she guides me toward my fitness goals. Her patience, encouragement, and expertise in crafting personalized workouts have not only improved my strength but also transformed my confidence in physical activity. Sophia has truly made my entire experience positive and empowering. I couldn't recommend her more!
I've been going to Vasa Fitness for over 1 yr now & absolutely LOVE IT!!! From the first day I walked in to now. Everyone is so very friendly. The gym is so clean. I've been working with the best personal trainers Nicole for over a yr as well. She is also one of the greatest managers at Vasa. Let me tell you that every member gets one free Training session. I've worked with most of the personal trainers and they are all AWESOME!! I understand with covid everything has changed, they are doing their best to keep our lovely gym... read more
