Massage chairs are always broken
If you’re thinking of signing up for their highest membership for the studio I would recommend not to. It’s a waste of money. I’ve been a studio member for two years and I enjoy going to a studio class every now and then, but over the past year they just keep adding more and more fees. At first it was 3$ for being late or canceling the class if it wasn’t within 8 hours now the first time your late it’s 3$ and the second time is 10$ and this is if your five or more minutes late. I called to ask for membership information that I didn't see online and guy was unable to answer my questions I was told to call back on Monday. I would think staff should be well informed and ready to answer potential new customers.
