Good Gym, but id you want to cancel membership it’s gonna be complicate.
If you want to be charged $65.00 in fees just to cancel your membership this is your gym right here. Not worth the monthly cost that’s why I came in to cancel and out of nowhere here comes the extra fees it’s like it cost money just to save money
Overall great because they have kidcare for a small fee on your membership and it is a great for recreation if you have the time for it. However, the annual rate security fee is not noticeably present on the online sign up page, and linked accounts do not share the kidcare which can only be on the primary account, and linked accounts don't allow you to see your bill if you are not primary. I’ve been with VASA over a year. I am moving to a state that does not have their gym facilities. They refuse to cancel my membership without a $30 fee because I wasn’t able to give them a 30 day notice. Life gets in the way and things happen. I got offered a job out of state, I called a representative to ask if I could please get this canceled with no fee for both accounts and they refused.
