They hired a lot of people to help with maintenance but all they do is just stand and gossip
Don't buy a membership here. Nothing but scammers. They will tell you you can upgrade for free and then just go back to your original plan if you don't like it, but they don't tell you they'll charge you for "downgrading". The app charges you the cancellation fee for ending your membership even if it's past 6 months. I called customer service back in November to cancel my membership and they're charging me EVEN NOW in January! And the workers at the front desk apparently can never do anything.
