We've used the vasa trainer in our home for over 20 years. Our older children are Division I swimmers who have recieved athletic scholarships and have broken several collegiate team records as well as a comfirance record. I can say that the vasa had a lot to do with their solid foundation and feel for the water. Our youngest is starting her training and I already am seeing improvements. As a parent and a coach I highly reconmend the vasa.
I bought a Vasa Erg October 2018 to better prepare myself for future triathlons including Ironman Chattanooga in Sept 2019. Getting to a pool is a hassle for me.
