Giving them a 1 star is being very nice if I could I would give them a 0 star very dodgy company as they massively undervalued our semi commercial building. The valuer works in favour to the lender. They should value property rather than valuing it in the lenders favour.
Done a brilliant job getting a valuation put together for an auction bridge for a complex property. Big shout out to Robyn Sculley as she was relentless in helping me get it sorted. Thank you again

VAS have been absolutely fantastic with their communication throughout the process of booking a valuation through gateway for our mortgage.
