We had some potentially catastrophic car trouble coming over south pass. The team at Vals quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get it fixed super fast so that we could make it back to pinedale before the storm hit. Great service and great attitude from everyone there. Highly recommend.
Steer Clear of This Shop I recently visited VA’s for what should have been a straightforward tire replacement. The service started off smoothly; the staff was courteous, and the new tires were installed without any issues. However, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse when I noticed my truck’s handling was off post-service. Upon driving away, it was immediately clear something was amiss. These people are the best people you would hope to encounter if your vehicle needs repair. We limped into Lander and were fortunate enough to have their facility right across from the RV park we were staying in. Though we had to wait for parts to arrive, they kept us informed and even followed up after finishing the repairs. I highly recommend Va's and would certainly use them again, though I hope not to be stranded in Wyoming again. If I am though, I hope I'm near them.
