Top notch service. Marie goes out of her way to communicate with you throughout the process, and the crew does fine work. Definitely recommend!
If I could leave six stars, I would, this shop is great. My alternator failed as I was passing through Lander and they got me in that morning, diagnosed the problem, found a replacement in town (no small feat, I drive a 2005 Honda) and got me back on the road the same day. Nothing short of a miracle in my opinion. Plus the staff is friendly and they have laidback cats. What more could anyone ask for?
They helped me get back on the road it was an easy fix but I was desperately needing to get back home but they even provided a shuttle to and from my hotel room glad they took my call and booked me an appointment when all the other auto shops were booked in town
Very thankful I found Va’s Auto repair. Traveling through the area and was in dire need of repair with my camper/van misfiring. They diagnosed, explained the problem, repaired it and I was on my way. You know the moment you talk over the phone and meet them, you’re in good hands. They even called a couple days later to ask if everything was still working properly. Highly recommend and I’m a picky little wench.
I’m a hotshot operator and was in need of some repairs to get me back on the road to my next load. They diagnosed what was wrong late in the day ordered all the parts and had me going the next day. Great people very nice and professional!!! Great customer service!!!! They don’t just tell you what needs replacing they actually show you. Thank you!!! I recommend them 100%!!!!!!!
