Not sure what good it has to have a doctor whose office doesn't answer the phone or even have an answering service. I have spent three days calling the office simply to have a prescription renewed. The phone just rings and rings. When I call the main office of the group he works with they say I have to call his office. Useless! If he doesn't care enough to be sure his patients can get in touch with him I need to find a new doctor who does care.
This office is very hard to get ahold of. Never get a return phone call. Dr. sends in trainees, and doesn't listens to concerns.
