I love Dr. Amy but the medical assistant that is covering for her medical assistant was very rude left me on hold almost 15 minutes on yesterday, so I called back and complained to another employee here. Been calling multiple times to get one prescription filled and have been waiting for 2 weeks, gave exact instructions per the pharmacy along with what compound formula's that can be used. Today was my first appointment with Dr Amy and may I say, she is amazing, compassionate, informative, and thorough. I am so grateful to have found her! She is awesome and I am so blessed!
