I’ve seen reviews here and elsewhere talk about the staff at USMD being the worst part about receiving care with Dr. Atrey. Oddly enough, they were the better part of my experience with her over the two years she was my PCP. They were either helpful or did whatever Dr. A asked them to do, even if it meant saying or doing something that is not in the patient’s best interest. I had a first hand experience with my prescripti... read more

Scheduled telemedicine appointment only to find out they wanted to collect a $30 copay before the connection could be completed. Medicare does NOT require a copay for a telemedicine appointment. They do not know what they are doing!
