The front desk dodges calls from my pharmacy about urgent refills every month, to the point where my pharmacy tells me in advance to expect a delay and that it will take days or more to reach the office. Multiple times I’ve spoken to someone at the desk who says they sent a refill, or a lab order, but the pharmacy or lab tell me they never received it. Best Doctor I see. He saved my life, when my Kidneys shutt down because of food poisonsing. Only thing it takes awhile for your next appt, he is so busy.
