I had a generally positive experience during my initial stay at Varsity Shores, particularly under the original management, who were professional and responsive. However, around halfway through my 4-month lease, new management took over and my experience declined significantly. Unfortunately, the new manager, Kelly, and assistant Gerald, were unprofessional and at times disrespectful.
