I had a generally positive experience during my initial stay at Varsity Shores, particularly under the original management, who were professional and responsive. However, around halfway through my 4-month lease, new management took over and my experience declined significantly. Unfortunately, the new manager, Kelly, and assistant Gerald, were unprofessional and at times disrespectful. The management at Varsity Shores is super helpful and friendly! They’re always quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Great experience overall!
I had a great experience living at Varsity Shores. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained, and it's just a quick 3-minute walk to Bond University, which is super convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend it for Bond students!
