Professional and courteous service from top to bottom of this operation. Top notch repair work both mechanically and for body work. Even got my car back sooner than the estimated repair date. When I discovered an issue after getting the car back, they just said bring it in and fixed within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Kudos to Jim for being responsive and getting things done quickly. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but if I ever do, this is definitely the only shop I am going to.
I wanted to have my front bumper replaced on my 2013 Journey. I talked to TJ and was very specific about getting an OEM bumper. TJ assured me there would be no problem. I was told that I needed to pay half up front so they could get started, no problem. Total costs was $1843.22. They did the work and upon inspection, I told TJ the bumper doesn't fit; it cannot be an OEM bumper. I can literally put my four fingers up to the 1st knuckles in the seam.
