I guess the reviews say it all but I repeat one more time, avoid Dr. Mojtahedi! She was my family doctor for more than two years and I ended up searching for another family doctor. She’s never available and always on long vacations, she behaves in a way that she does not care about her patients and when you visit her it feels you’re wasting her time, the appointment durations never exceed 5 minutes which shows how much she truly cares…
This is the worst clinic in Calgary. I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Here’s why: when you have an injury that needs to be treated immediately to avoid permanent damage, this clinic completely fails you. I spent two weeks trying to get help. No one even bothered to pass my messages to my doctor. The front desk staff simply doesn’t care — you could be seriously suffering, and their only answer is: “Make an appointment in a month.” How is that acceptable? I will not describe the medical issue you left me with, nor the consequences I’ve suffered. I will also not be sending any messages to management, because based on the responses here, it’s clear they would simply cover for their staff. That is why I have contacted Alberta Health Services (AHS). As soon as I receive a response, I will involve my media platform with an audience of 300,000 people. Have a good day.
0 star. I repeat 0 star. This clinic is the absolute worst place I have even been too. Honestly do not even go in here. The current doctor my mom is dealing with is not the greatest, she just repeats the same things and aren’t helpful at all, my mom was in accident and the lawyer needs the documents from the clinic and it’s been two months and they still haven’t sent the correspondence.
