Called to book an appointment and the receptionist told me we are not a walk in clinic. I mean I’m asking to book an appointment. How else do you book an appointment except for calling to book one?

I'm surprised to see the bad reviews here as I've never had any negative experiences at this clinic. The reception team is friendly and efficient. Booking is smooth, whether it's over the phone or online. And I'd especially like to express my gratitude to Dr Latti - she is attentive, caring, and always helpful.

Updated: I took the owner’s advice and contacted management "directly," only to be met with a defensive lecture rather than a solution. Apparently, management has plenty of time to "thoughtfully" argue about their reputation, but zero time to fix a registration failure that has dragged on since April 2025. It’s laughable to be told how "valuable" my time is by a clinic that has wasted almost a year of it. Very poor administration. This office does not keep track of or follow through on commitments made to patients and does not communicate important information to patients, such as their physician retiring (a requirement under law). Avoid.
