Reception staff was very accommodating with last minute appointment. They understood my needs and tried to arrange seeing my doctor straight away. Great advice over the phone. Very helpful. I'm ever so grateful.
This afternoon, my husband and I visited this clinic. My husband had an appointment with a GP, and after his session, the receptionist informed us that the total cost was $120. I asked why the fee was so high, and she explained that since his session lasted 19 minutes, they charged extra because it exceeded 15 minutes.
