Needed to see a doctor urgently, and was able to make an appointment online. Dr. Bui was so friendly and professional, and made a potentially embarrassing medical issue like the most routine check up. Also the receptionist staff were very friendly, and the offices are clean and very well maintained.

They take the time to really listen, never rushing through appointments, and make you feel heard and understood. Dr Jonathan Bailey is amazing. I've had so much going on with heart issues, gallbladder operation, scans, tests, and hospital. He is a calming presence when I'm emotional and struggling. I think it's very rare to get such a doctor who can manage all that and still smile :-) I even had Dr Catherine Quirk greet me and make me smile as I was wheeled in for surgery can't get better than that! The staff have been amazing too!

If you have a diagnosed condition then Dr Noori is very helpful, they have their own nurses who are great for infusions & vaccinations. Receptionists are lovely, bar the Practice manager who I found to be acerbic and difficult. They no longer bulk bill.
