My fiance called to confirm an appointment he made a week ago and was treated so poorly it makes me sick. Lady yelled at him saying they don't allow out of town rentals during April & May and that whoever scheduled the appointment and told him this information was wrong. Thats all fine and dandy lady but if you don't need to chew my fiances out for it! All employees need to be aware of the policies! And if you want business you do not yell at your customers over the phone.
