Jason Samelko was amazing to work with! We traded in our car that unexpectedly had some issues and bought a Ford Explorer… Jason made the process seamless and painless! We had three kids with us and Jason immediately brought them teddy bears and treats! One of my sons loved the experience so much he told Jason he loved him! 😂 I will only work with Jason for any future vehicle needs!
I always bring my car here for service even though I live about 30 miles away. I've had to bring my Bronco Sport in for a couple of recall issues and have always been satisfied with the work done. A few months ago I took it in for an oil change and they also addressed a recall issue I wasn't even aware of. Varsity Ford Service Department is hands down the very best. I have used them over the years for oil changes and maintenance, however recently I had to take my car in for a warning light that came on. Jalen Burroughs in the Service Department was so helpful, both on the phone and in person. He kept me updated on the repair, when the parts would arrive and when I could get my car back. I highly recommend Varsity Ford. Very helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Chris Graham, from the Service Department was able to get me in for a quick repair on a busy day. Very helpful!
Jalen is always excellent to work with. My check engine light came on and when I described what the vehicle was doing, he knew the exact problem, which was later confirmed with diagnostics. My car was fixed and back to me within 24 hours.
