Kyle is great, everyone is friendly, prices were quoted accurately and were reasonable, all good and peachy until I went to adjust the air and it was in Celsius. That was a mad scramble through settings I’d never seen before but I did figure it out. But, what one earth?!
This is hands-down the best experience I've had with a Ford dealer in Michigan. Moved here from California last year where I was used to excellent service at my local dealer. Scheduled a Works package over the phone for home pickup/delivery. Valet was on time for both. Requested no car wash (swirl marks are not fun) and they actually honored the request.
